Introducing India.

My name is Jayme Courtney.

I am a student at James River Leadership Campus of Evangel University.

God has been doing some absolutely incredible things in my life, and I am amazed at where He is leading me. I was called six years ago to minister to the hurting. More specifically, God has laid an intense burden on my heart for the women and children affected by the abuses of human trafficking. For the past few years, I have been diligently seeking the Lord's face in guidance and opportunities to minister.

In May 2013, I am be traveling to India on missions. This is my first missions trip overseas and I cannot wait to see all that He has in store for this nation.

While in India, I will be working with a group called "Project Rescue". (www.projectrescue.com).

Here's a little bit of what Project Rescue is doing in India:

In thirteen years they've helped over 1,100 Indian and Nepali women and girl victims of sex slavery find a new life.

So far, they have established 12 Homes of Hope in India, Nepal and Moldova.
Opportunities exist for ministry amoung victims of sexual slavery in Ukraine, Russia, and Bangladesh.

They have a high success rate in helping rescued women and their daughters begin a new life outside of the sex trade. They are unapologetically founded on faith in Jesus Christ's life-changing power and love.

Their team is committed to helping victims of sexual slavery discover this love and pursue their God-given dreams.

As part of this missions trip we will be planning and leading a Camp for the kids and teenagers of Bangalore, India. The kids that will be attending this camp are children of sex-trafficking victims. Many of these children have never and may never meet their biological father. We have the opportunity to introduce them to the heavenly Father by showing Christ's love in this camp.

We will be gone for about 14 days on this life-changing trip. I'm needing to raise about $4,000 to be able to go. It seems like an impossible amount, but I know that with the Lord's help, nothing is too grand for Him to accomplish.

I'm asking for your help.

Please partner with me, and help reach the broken nation of India.

There are two major ways you can help.

First of all: PRAY,PRAY, PRAY.
Seek the Lord on behalf of the hurting. Pray that hearts be softened, and ears be opened. Call out for freedom of those held captive. God is able, and He is faithful.

Second: Help financially sponsor me for this outreach. It's a lot of money, but I know that God is in this. Any contribution helps; no gift is too small or will go unnoticed. If God is prompting you, please unite with me. Help send the Gospel to This is going to be an incredible journey, and I cannot wait to share all that God is doing there with all of you.

I love you, and I pray God may show you His favor. this country. He will provide every need. Remain obedient to His calling, and see what God will do. Lives are going to be changed, but we have to take a step of faith.

Thank you in advance for all that you will give - both financially and spiritually.
I pray the Lord blesses you all!
